Government registrations that let us trade legally, handle food safely and work transparently with every client.
Why These Registrations Matter to You
When you buy from or ship with a trading partner in another country, you need to know they are allowed to trade, that their food products meet safety rules and that their paperwork will stand up at customs. Madiha Overseas holds four key registrations: IEC, APEDA, FSSAI and GST. Together they mean our shipments are legal, our food products are handled under licence, and our trade is properly documented from start to finish.
To protect our business documents, certificate copies are not published online. We are happy to share them directly with buyers and partners. Tap a button below to request a copy on WhatsApp.
The Import Export Code is issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Government of India. No business can legally import or export goods from India without it. Our IEC confirms that Madiha Overseas is an authorised importer and exporter.
APEDA, the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority, registers exporters of agricultural and food products through a Registration cum Membership Certificate (RCMC). It is required to export scheduled products such as fresh fruits, vegetables, grains and many processed foods.
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India licenses businesses that handle food. Our FSSAI central licence covers trading, import and export of food products, so buyers know our food business follows India's food safety rules.
Goods and Services Tax registration shows that Madiha Overseas is a registered business with the Government of India. It allows us to issue proper tax invoices and supports transparent, fully documented trade.
